Daycare

I began my home daycare business in 1996 when my first child was a baby. I had always intended on going back to work; however as my maternity leave was coming to an end I was determined to find a way in which I could help our family financially and also be a stay at home mom.

To become more familiar with child development, guidance and infant care I took correspondence courses. I had quite the set-up to do my work while I breastfed. The courses were great, and they gave me the confidence I needed to start my business.

And here I am over 12 years later still running my home daycare business.
